January 2024 results – 75k turnover and 20k profit

The goal for this month was to invoice 100k. It is also true that it was an ambitious goal. With 75k we have met the minimum. We cannot fall further in February although from experience we know that the next 29 days are difficult days for sales.

Lego – 1.3k profit

Looking back and comparing with other years, we have not been sufficiently well prepared in terms of stock. It is also true that we are adapting new processes which have meant having to sacrifice turnover to gain productivity in 2024.

The turnover has dropped considerably, but we are only in January. The good thing is that a good part of sales come from our own products, so we are becoming less dependent on the main brand.

Revenues have dropped to more normal levels. In 2024 we want to earn more in this “super-ROI” category. It doesn’t look so bad that we can achieve this despite the very good results in 2023.

First product – 0.6k profit

Once again we have dropped but it still doesn’t give a true picture of the evolution we are having here. We have been for at least a week with little stock. As a result, sales in the store and on Ebay have increased.

In February, the minimum objective is to replicate January’s sales. It won’t be easy, but that’s what it’s all about.

And what will happen to Beguerrilla?

My first ideas for making a change with Beguerrilla are this.

  • Put all the content on the website in English so that america email list we can target audiences in Spain and Germany at the same time (being aware of the major disadvantages that this also entails).
  • Turn Beguerrilla.com into a kind of landing page that redirects the user to the different projects, products and services we offer: non-agency, book on selling on Amazon, e-commerce consulting, project management, product development for Amazon and other microservices for Amazon.
  • Offer a newsletter for lead generation.
  • Implement .

That’s the plan. We’ll see how it goes and when we can set a release date.
